By playing Glowguard you agree to these terms. They are kept short.

Early access

Glowguard is in Alpha: anyone can play, it is still being built, and progress may reset.

The game

Glowguard is provided by Powell Lines LLC. It is free and nothing in it is for sale. You may play it for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Do not copy, resell or reverse engineer it, and do not use bots, modified clients or automated tools to place scores on the Daily Flight board. Lumens have no cash value and cannot be bought or exchanged for money.

Names and the board

Choose a pilot name that is not abusive, impersonating or offensive. We may remove a name or a score, or block a player, if it breaks this rule or if a score was not earned by playing normally.

Availability

We try to keep the game and its servers running, but we do not promise they will always be available. The game is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Powell Lines LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the game. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows when. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
