Delete my data
Glowguard has no account to close. Everything we hold about you sits under one private device id, and you can delete it yourself in a few seconds.
In the game (easiest)
Open Glowguard, go to Settings, tap Delete my data and confirm. This removes your progress, Lumens, ships, board entries and statistics from this device and from our server at once. It cannot be undone.

If you have played Glowguard in this browser, this deletes that pilot now.
If you can no longer open the game
Contact Powell Lines LLC at PO Box 146, Findlay, OH 45839 or (567) 294-0330 with your pilot name and roughly when you last played. We will confirm within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your player record, progress, Lumens, ships and upgrades.
- Your Daily Flight board entries.
- The link between your gameplay statistics and you. Anonymous totals stay, so our counts of how many people flew a level remain correct.
Your Powell Play account
Deleting your Glowguard data also disconnects your Powell Play ID from this game. Your Powell Play account itself is separate: delete it at id.powellplay.com/account, where you can also ask every connected game to delete your data at once.
